If you are looking for an amazing fitness workout for people who are busy and can’t make it to a gym this is it! Some resistance bands and free weights is all you need. Chris Ryan is motivating and kind and fun. He is also an incredible trainer. I met him on The Mirror and will follow him for life! He makes working out fun and he has made me stronger.
