What’s the best pre/post workout supplement for you?
The answer to this one for me is easy: C4 by Cellucor for my pre-workout and Xtend Original BCAAs for my post-workout. I have always been a pretty basic guy when it comes to working out; functional lifts at high intensities. Sprints. Jumps. Tap into my inner athlete; crush my workout and move on with my day.
The same was always for my pre-workout too; a simple cup of black coffee. This worked awhile for me throughout my 20s and early 30s, or at least I thought it did.

I am a busy father/husband who wants the best out of life, but I am turning 39 years old in a month with a crazy busy NYC lifestyle. On average, I walk 5 miles a day—and that isn’t even part of my workout–just the urban jungle lifestyle I have. All of this adds up to a healthy, fit lifestyle that I wouldn’t trade for the world, but definitely takes it toll on me physically.
