Walking

Walking is one of the best things you can do for your back. Not only does it help to keep muscles and joints limber but it can also help heal sore and tired muscles. Walking is considered a low-impact form of exercise which makes it great for those who suffer from back pain. Try getting in a minimum of 20 to 30 minutes a day walking. Much like walking exercise is great for your back as it helps to keep the muscles and joints more limber and active. Exercising also helps to strengthen the back muscles which can help it perform better. Hot Showers
