Take your planks to the next level

Are you still doing the standard version of traditional planks on your elbows or from the push-up position, yet find yourself getting bored? Well if you are bored, your muscles will be too!

Planks are a great way to strengthen your core and practice the “hollow body position” that is so important to your athletic pursuits. After awhile though, you can maximize the effect of each movement. However, you can still get stronger and practice new positioning by spicing up your traditional plank routine.
