Single Leg Exercises Are Key!

Most of the time in the gym when guys say they do leg day it usually is built around some sort of back squat or leg press combination. While these are great exercises to build your leg program around, they unfortunately both have one thing in common: they are both two-footed exercises. That is, they have both feet on the ground or the surface at the same time.

It’s time to work on some single leg isolation work, that will help to not only make you stronger, but also correct muscle imbalances and prevent injuries. Check out my recent article with here that covers some great single leg workouts.
