Drinking lots of water not only helps with weight loss but it can also help make the skin and body look and feel better. When the body is hydrated it has more energy and a faster metabolism which can help to rid the body of excess fat and weight. Drinking plenty of water also helps to remove toxins and other harmful things from the body. Not only does this allow the body to perform better but it also makes skin and hair look better.

Although any exercise in general is good when trying to get in shape for a wedding yoga is especially beneficial. Yoga not only helps to reduce body weight but it can also help tone the muscles and give the body a slimmer and more contoured look. Try practicing yoga for at least 15 to 30 minutes every single day. Not only will you see a leaner body but also toner muscles and even more flexible joints.

Reduce Sugar Intake

Although for some sugar is needed and necessary for the body for many sugar just packs on extra calories and weight. Cutting out sugar from your diet can help reduce stubborn belly fat and other fat that has accumulated throughout the body. For a minimum of two to four weeks before the big day try reducing or cutting out sugar. Not only will this help you to reduce body weight but it can also reduce bloating and fatigue. Cutting out sugar is also a great way to really enjoy the food and dessert at your wedding day when you finally have it again.

Eat Low Carb

Although it varies from person to person carbs do tend to make people gain weight. This is especially true of carbs such as white bread that don’t have many nutritional benefits. Same as with sugar try cutting out carbs for at least 2 to 4 weeks before the big day. Not only will this help remove stubborn belly bloating but it can also remove fat from other parts of the body. Be sure to slowly add carbs back into the diet as they are necessary for most people as that is where they get a lot of their energy from.

Increase Fiber

Many people are unaware of the many great health benefits that fiber has on the body. Not only does it help to regulate blood sugar and cholesterol it also helps to keep digestion flowing smoothly. With better digestion comes a reduction in belly fat and bloating. Some great ways to increase fiber is to take a fiber supplement, add more fruits and vegetables to your diet and also add more beans and whole foods.
