New Video: Open up your hips with duck walks
All those with tight hips, please “I.” There better not be a quiet voice in the house with that question. Seriously, though, I have not met a person yet who couldn’t use more mobility in their hips. One of the best movements that works on the mobility in your hips is a very simple one: the duck walk.
Duck walks are a great movement because they not only stretch out your muscles, but also work to strengthen the muscles at the same time. Check out my quick video on how to perform the duck walk movement here.
