Injuries are terrible! They take you out of your training program and can affect your daily life. The truth is that they do happen to the best of us, but by training properly and listening to our bodies, we can combat them before they happen. That’s where tips and tricks from the experts like myself work to your advantage since most of us have experienced injuries, but learned from them.
