My dad used to tell me I would not know what a tendon was until I was 30. I used to laugh this off when I was younger since I felt invincible!
Fortunately, I have suffered only one major injury. I push my limits everyday though…but do it safely! I want many of the same things you do…lift more, run faster, throw harder, look better, turn back the clock on Father Time and do it all injury free!
Why do people get injured?
1. Injuries happen from doing stupid things.
2. Injuries also happen from the lack of doing the right things.
People try to play it “safe,” but likely put themselves at risk of an injury down the road. So how do you stay injury free?
