Get your cardio on: duathlon workout challenge

Nothing is more boring than walking on a treadmill for an hour to get your “cardio” in. Not only is it boring, but it doesn’t really do anything for you athletically. For most of us, winter is still here so we need to stay in the gym for our cardio sessions.

Thankfully though most gyms have treadmills and a row machine for us to use. It’s time to hit a great interval workout combining both machines for an awesome full-body cardio workout that will leave your lungs smoked and your body looking ripped.
