Free Workout: Advanced Level Push vs. Pull

Are you guilty of not using your time efficiently at the gym? What about missing out on overall body development while you target train? If you fit either one of these categories, then it is time to hit every muscle group with a fun interval workout I designed for The concentration of this workout targets muscular endurance, with 20 minutes of near continuous push vs. pull exercises.

The workout consists of doing “every minute on the minute,” or EMOTM, style of programming. EMOTM workouts are great because they allow for efficient use of your time, while keeping rest intervals short and giving you a great combination of cardio and strength. The increase in your heart rate and muscle pump will lead to phenomenal results…enjoy!
