Athletic Positioning 101

Congrats, you have squatted, pressed and sprinted your way to your fittest self yet! However, athletically speaking, you may have a chink in your armor. Have you thought about basic athletic positioning lately?

As a former Division I athlete, I get a lot of inquires from young men and women on how to get to the next level in their sport. They train hard and have strong numbers in their sports, but many (especially in the team ball sports) lack control, balance and coordination in the fundamental stance of their sport: the basic athletic position.
